How does the transhipping process work?

1. Buy your fish

Not sure where to buy? Contact us! Please read our shipping policy before placing an order.

2. Pay your seller

Pay your seller for the cost of your fish and the transhipping costs to the Indonesian transhipper.

3. Pay transhipping fees

Contact us for a quote and pay our transhipping fees. All fees must be paid by e-transfer and before the shipment arrives so that we can ship your fish out right away.

4. Your fish are sent to us

Your seller sends the fish to the Indonesian transhipper and then the fish get sent to us. After we import your fish, we do a health check and get them ready to be re-shipped.

5. Fish are shipped to you

Once your fish are ready to be shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number. Fish are shipped with overnight shipping so you receive them as soon as possible.
