Shipping Policy

DOA (Dead On Arrival)

We inspect your fish when they arrive. If there are any DOAS, we will let you and your seller know. Your seller will refund you for any DOA. We do not repack fish, unless necessary as this will void the sellers DOA refund guarantee.

Refund

Transhipping fees and shipping costs are non-refundable. (Unless you were sent less fish than you have paid transhipping for). We do not refund transhipping fees, or shipping costs if there are any DOAS. You will need to contact your seller for any refunds.

Invoice

You will receive an invoice and it must be paid prior to the arrival of the shipment. This way we can ship your fish out as soon as they arrive to us. If you do not make payment, claim your fish or arrange shipping details 3 days after their arrival, we reserve the right to hold your fish you forfeit them.
